5. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

6. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification (For Users)

7. What Happens After You Submit a Counter-Notification
Upon receiving your valid counter-notification:
✔ We immediately forward it to the original complainant
giving them a chance to take legal action.
✔ The complainant has 10–14 business days
to notify us that they have filed a lawsuit to protect their copyright.
✔ If no legal action is taken,
we may restore the removed content.
However, CineNova Entertainment LLC reserves the right to restore or keep removed content offline at our discretion.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
CineNova Entertainment LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright offenders.
We may:
Terminate user accounts
Disable platform access
Ban IP addresses
Remove entire channels or profiles
Block future submissions
Any user found repeatedly violating copyright law may be permanently restricted from using our services.
9. False or Fraudulent DMCA Notices
Submitting a false, misleading, or malicious DMCA Notice or Counter-Notification is illegal and may result in:
